Tokyo - December 2008 Part III

Jan 07, 2009 12:31

So, here we go. Almost done. The pictures look terrible here, somehow. The original photos aren't that blurry.

This is also from Seishin university, which I attended in 2005. My professor agreed to accompany me and hold a small lecture there. This is him, speaking to Seishin students (it's an all-girls university). The classroom feels so nostalgic...

The lecture was actually very interesting - you can say so also because only one girl fell asleep (left), which accidentally made her look headless.

Here, blurry detail of headless student.

Actually, still Seishin related. A bad picture of Tokyo at night taken from the restaurant on 39th floor of a posh hotel, where we were invited for dinner.

Some Akihabara shots. Obviously, I like high buildings. XD
Anyway, seems that despite the fact this is my fourth stay in Japan, I am still geeky enough to take pictures of vending machines. But I cannot help myself, they are great! Just look at the last picture, oden in cans! Mmm...! Is there anything better on a cold December day?

Here, some traditional Japan again. This is the torii gate to Engawa jinja, which is close to Seishin school. I have always loved the place, so I took this picture to remind me of the old days...

Narita airport. Bye bye, Japan! See you again soon (hopefully)!
