Tools? They seem like a hot commodity lately. There are quite a few people looking for things like that. Afraid I can't help you there.

Hm... I... don't think that guide thing warns people about the chips. Sure they suppress powers but they can turn us on each other too. Not sure if it's the thing malfunctioning or the work of the scientists cause they're bored. We really are just entertainment to them in the long run.

There are some fairly strong creatures here, including Rapan from our world. The others I haven't seen before. Not that I think you can't handle yourself, but be careful.

It was mentioned, and suggested that leaving the chip in could be as dangerous as taking it out. Which is comforting, I'm sure.

Oh! There is a hardware store, convenience store and an arms shop on Marshall, I'm not sure how stocked they are though. I haven't been able to go out and have a look recently.

There's someone at the high school that runs an arms inventory too I think. Though, I could let you have my knife for the time being?
