This is my morning so far:
it really isn't interesting but...
It's not a Mon, Wed or Friday so I don't have to get up at 6am and didn't. Up at 8am and go downstairs, feed the dogs and let them out.
Sort and put out recycling for morning pickup. That was John's job but he's not doing it anymore so I have to pick up the slack :(
Check my mail -- find out what my husband and family are up to this morning, or not...
Take blood glucose levels grunt, rationalize and prepare something low glycemic for breakfast that includes my morning avocado. Yes it really does make a massive impact on your cholesterol.
Do my facebook stuff (that could take the rest of the day but I won't allow it)
Hand my doggies over to the lovely snr lady who walks them in the mornings since her dog died last month and she was bereft. The doggies enjoy the walk and she really enjoys having a reason to go back out and meet her friends. win win She returns them damp and happy in about an hour.
Have a stern talk with myself about going back upstairs and taking my medications (thyroid, glucose, blood pressure). Actually accomplish doing that!
Pick up the daily cruft, soak and wash the dishes that have accumulated overnight by magic.
Yeah that about covers my morning.
Tomorrow is Rec Centre for water exercise, dr's appointment, doggie handovers, generally looking after myself since I'm finally convinced my father is NOT coming back no matter how bad a job I do of running my own life so I have to do a good one, or not.
