I hear ya, and it is good that people are talking about global warming and trying to get a handle on what is going on. However, if everyone believes in global warming and won't hear a word against it, then that situation is really no better for the discussion and understanding of the issues at hand than it was when nobody believed in global warming and wouldn't hear a word about it.
Basically, I feel that with issues as complicated and involved as global climate change, everyone has a chance to be wrong. In any case, it will be an interesting couple of decades.
