Multi-birthday babble

Also, belated birthday wishes to poshcat, moosesal, twilightofmagic, and crazydiamondsue! I'm so sorry I missed your special days. I hope they were as witty and wonderful as you are!
In other news, I'm doing the mind-over-matter thing right now because I've had a sore throat all day, and it's getting worse, but Iwillnotgetsick, repeat, Iwillnotgetsick, dammit. I've got work deadlines tomorrow and a few weekend social plans that I'm really looking forward to! Grrr.
But, on a happier note, I just finished watching South Pacific in Concert, which I recorded from PBS last night. Reba McIntyre was terrific casting for the lead, but for me the big hit was Brian Stokes Mitchell. Ye gods, what a voice. By the end of "This Nearly Was Mine," I was a complete and total goosepimply mushball. ::delicious shiver::
