Going under the radar for awhile
I'm going to be away from LJ even more than usual for the next week or so because I'm in the process of migrating to a new computer. Then, when the new system is all set up, I'm going to work on my next project: setting up my web site and making a gallery page for my icons.
This project has been percolating in the back of my mind for several weeks, but now I'm motivated by a good cause: margarks's new community fund_fic, which she created to raise money for the American Stroke Association. I intend to offer my icon-making services in exchange for donations, and I figure it'd be a good idea to have a gallery page of my best icons instead of linking to examples on other people's LJs, many of which are friends-locked.
