WTS discussion/misc. update

In other news, yesterday I mailed out holiday cards to everyone on LJ that I have a snail-mail address for. (nashmaveric, I hope your card makes it to you in Cyprus before Christmas! If not, consider it a New Year's card ::grin::) I've still got cards and stamps -- if you'd like a card from me, comment or email your address to me.
Speaking of stamps: all of the cards have Kwanzaa stamps, even though I don't celebrate Kwanzaa. Y'see, I sent H to the post office with the instructions to get the coolest-looking holiday stamps they had. Which he did! I trust no one will be offended. (But now I'm curious: does anyone on my flist celebrate Kwanzaa?)
I've been even more below-the-radar than usual, I know. I'm on vacation this week (not going anywhere, just had to use the days or lose them), which meant that last week I crammed two weeks' worth of work into one. This week, I'm supposed to be relaxing, but I can't until the Christmas stuff is done, which should be finished tomorrow... and then I have to finish the beta work I promised...
But then, it'll be time to get away from the computer and watch some of the DVDs I've been accumulating: First up will be the Cirque du Soleil show Varekai (thank you, aimeelicious!), then the Queer as Folk eps I got from Netflix. I look forward to finally understanding what everyone's been talking about re QAF...
