oh the rain. it's been days and days of gray now. my apartment is so dark and quiet. i could sleep through it all.
today is day three of my three days off from work. it was so needed. i felt fried and buzzy. and now everything is a bit calmer.
i spent the day yesterday with my mom and my aunt. they came in to walk around and hang out. it was nice. we ended with a drink at the rose bar at the plaza, which was ridiculously expensive but totally indulgent. and we had a hearty dinner down the street from 10a with jack.
i've been looking at pretty things and thinking of christmas. i know, i know, but it's true.
