Originally uploaded by chickadeedeedee i had the most amazing breakfast this morning. yummy! i finally went to 'wichcraft which i have been meaning to go to for the longest time. i am so glad i went. i ordered the egg sandwich and sat on the bench outside with pop tart. the egg sandwich has eggs, bacon, gorgonzola cheese and frisée on a ciabatta roll. it was so so yummy.
it's been a bit of a hectic eight or nine days. my mom had surgery. i finally bought my kitchen cabinets and a stove. my grandma insists on doing a fall cleaning of sorts. all of this means that i have been back and forth to connecticut so many times. in between all of this, jack caught the awful cold that i had just gotten over. i felt that i had pretty much no time for myself.
so i ended up going for a facial at this place down the street from me to make myself feel better. (ive only ever done that once before in my life.) the lady really worked me over though and i came out of it with lots of red spots. i don't know how i feel about it.
i am, however, getting my hair done tomorrow and am super excited about it. nothing like a gal getting her hair done for a quick pick me up! i'll let you know how it goes.
