Impossible!
Well, I started a story on the theme, and I'm still writing it. Hopefully it won't be impossible to finish, but it may take another couple of weeks. Or months. I'm happy so far, though. It is in aspect somewhat like squeezing blood from a stone, but when the light hits the drop of blood just so on its way down, it shines in a way that makes me want to keep squeezing until I have an entire cup of the deep ruby liquid.
Anyway, I have a possible suggestion for a challenge, or event, given that people didn't manage to make time for the previous. Perhaps we could set a date and time that is amenable to many, and lydiere (or someone) could set the theme at the top of the hour, leaving us each with an hour to write something, and post it immediately. It's probably not something we'd want to do regularly, but as a one-off the immediacy of it could be fun. And it's always good to have an excuse to ignore the old inner critic.
