43. I worry I weigh three times my body

Apr 25, 2011 13:05

[This entry is backdated slightly to yesterday afternoon.]

My apologies to anybody I startled with my unexpected cocoon nap. It was a welcome change after not being able to sleep for very long, at the very least.

... and I will be cleaning sand off of myself in places I never knew sand could hide for weeks, it looks like.

+kagerou, simon is vexed, what's up doc?, +gene, what going mad feels like, ic, +gai (youth), +qǐ, +brianna (handmaiden)

I suppose that is one upside to it. All of the sand will come off, but your estimation of weeks is unfortunately accurate.

I figured as much.

[Simon lets his pen rest there for a while, because lol awkward.]

Dreams can be quite enlightening.

[Awkward indeed. But she's staring hard at one particular strikethough.]

They are often confusing, but some dreams can hold a great deal of meaning.

Though they often end--or nearly end--in pain for the dreamer.

How true- to all of that.

[Taptaptap. Strikes are quickly crossed out.]

It was one of your dreams. I don't know if it was coincidence or deliberate.

Nice to know it was a welcome change for someone, at least.

I realize now that I was fortunate it was only for one day.

That much was a relief, true.

Seeing into someone else was interesting, as well. To say the least.

If you find anything that works very well for getting rid of sand, please let me know.

I certainly will. It is quite bothersome, and I cannot exactly vacuum myself off.

It is hard getting it cleaned up in the house, as well!

Also quite true. I was at Medical when it happened, so there is quite a mess.

That happened to you, too? Are you feeling all right?

pompous_today April 28 2011, 02:25:10 UTC
Yes, thankfully. I was just asleep for an entire day.

So was I. Did you get the sand from someone, or did it just sort of appear in your possession?

From somebody else. Someone I trust a lot.
