It was POLS 321: Analysing Political Risk, Alex Tan, American asian guy. Not exactly pols, more a research skills course, much to my disappointment, but I guess vaguelly useful.

Yeah Alex is a numbers dude. I have never taken any of his courses, but he's quite nice and he's got the sweet hook ups to overseas universities...i hear.
