Is it wrong to say that this is adorable? I hope not, because it totally is. I love the way that Brad is charmed by Walt, how reluctant he is about it, how he keeps pretending he doesn't care about him, but he so obviously does. I also love Walt's clever, quiet seduction. He's a good boy who doesn't want to get his heart broken (who does?), but he's dirty and hot and determined. The tone is very noir, which I heartily approve of.

Oh, I'm so glad that all came across. Given the time period, it had to have been so scary for both of them to go out on a limb like that, so that's what I was trying to convey.

I also love Walt's clever, quiet seduction.

I feel like not enough fics get across that Walt can be a BAMF too, in his own way. So this was kind of my response to that.
