Question about Reverse Sneezing

I need some help trying to figure this out. I know my Pom, Beezee, has reverse sneezing and for some reason it's gotten worse...? I'm not entirely sure if it's because of the weather change since it hasn't happened before. Like he could be doing nothing and it'll start up and sometimes there's a weird cough that goes with it. I should probably have him checked out by the vet right?

One of the times he was having an attack, I locked him in the bathroom with the hot water running lol So any advice would help!
