its impossible to explain the feeling
and if u try, u can only explain it to a fellow do-er
i no longer feel guilty and it's back... i'm doing it again and strong
who knows, maybe not for long but its such a feeling of empowerment and accomplishment; who wouldn't want that
and its true, it gives u an ora~ and ora like no other
and ora gives u the confidence and that will last until u feel like u need to do it again.. and so u do to get it back
but its not an obsession or an addition
it's just wanting to feel good about yourself
