Waste of a weekend.
I have been sick for four days now. It can go away. I am on the upswing. I think I am anyway. Well...This is the first weekend since September that we have had nothing planned and I am sick. I wanted to get SO much done around the house but got to only a couple of things. Oh well at least I got the bills paid. Even if the bank thinks I have $0.03 less than I think I do the books pretty much balance. They are usually right when I go back and double check everything. But I just don't feel like investing hours of my time for $0.03. On the bright side of me being sick this weekend, we didn't have to cancel anything because of the illness, I finished the 2002 release of HeMan, and I started Pirates of Dark Water.
If I were smart, I would call in sick tomorrow and just rest at home. If I was smart and did that my pile of work would pile up and I am not sure when I would or could catch up until April without doing some big time OT. They don't like OT. I kind of like OT. The money is nice but the loss of time with the family is not nice. We'll see how well I sleep tonight and how I feel in the morning before seeing how smart I am.
In other news, we got our puppy to train for Can-Do-Canines! We are very excited! He is cute one minute and a pain in the ass the next, but mostly he's cute. Pics are on my FB account.
In other other news, the boy child just turned 15. Good gods! Once he gets his grades up we'll talk about driving lessons.
