Biphasic-- the changeover.

Good-bye, hexaphasic. I'll miss thee, but I promise to visit!

Yep, folks, that's right. Much as I loved hexaphasic, I realized that it wasn't going to work with my current school schedule. I'll need all my study halls, and despite my introversion, I do like eating and socializing at lunch.

But wait! There's more!

I realized something: I love the night, espescially what others call 'hellishly early morning.' Damn, but four AM can be an awesome time of day, if you're awake. I can't let it go, so I'm changing over to a biphasic, or two-part, sleep schedule as of today. I want to try hexaphasic again at some point, perhaps next year in college.

I play on sleeping 5 hours a day-- a 'core' sleep from 0:00-3:30, and a nap from 18:00-19:30. I'll still have my favorite times of day-- early evening and early morning-- without sacrificing my schoolwork or anything.

This may be a bit incoherent, as I'm very sleepy at present and shall be setting off for my core sleep soon. I'll continue posting to this journal, but the numbering will start over at day 1. I'll leave my hexaphasic entries up, in case anyone can learn from them.
