The organizers of the Discrete Mathematics of the Northeast conference are getting better at advertising, at least.
The first e-mail I received described the accommodations as "rustic dorm style." Neither phrase on its own is terribly reassuring, and while the combination sounded intriguing, I wasn't quite interested enough to try it for myself.
The two subsequent e-mails have been updated to read "rustic, but pleasant."
