Katoo Update
Hello!
I've just returned from the hospital. Apologies for those of you who had been hoping for quicker news.
The operation was a complete success, if a little delayed (Noon instead of 8:30) . The cyst (all forty pounds of it) was removed intact and analysis shows it was non-cancerous. Catherine was up in her room and awake about an hour after the operation was finished and seemed in good spirits, but understandably quite tired and a little groggy. But because the cyst was non-cancerous, this should be over. A few days of rest in the hospital and then light activity and she'll be back to normal (without the giant cyst).
