1-10: Once a month or so on Sunday, the brewing group at the shop does Beer Church. This month I was actually interested, because it was not beer but mead. So I went. I didn't participate, for a number of reasons. But I will be mixing up my own batch in the next day or two and I'll be a couple of days behind everyone else.
There were a lot of people. And contention for resources was heavy. And I had honey at home that I failed to bring. So instead I just watched the process.
