Dilemma!
I have some friends in the Quad City Rollers derby league. They are having their first ever home bout on Friday August 15th, and I really want to go! I have known for a while that their first home bout would be "in August." But August 15th is the day before our next bout! Coincidentally I have that day off, so I could get to their bout on time. But a more-than-3-hour drive back afterward...I'd be getting home around 1am, and that's if I don't do the afterparty.
And then up early to get the truck for our bout the next day!
If anyone wanted to go with me to this bout and was willing to drive back so I could doze, I would be pretty happy.
