I am stuck.
One of my room mates is consistently slow to pay me. I am pissed off and want to throw him out.
But I can't afford to be without his (even his late) money for the time it will take to find someone else.
I certainly will not be extending his tenancy past the period agreed when he moved in (another 3 months)
