Without a Trace
Danny/Martin-10 recs

1. Cena Para Dos by Veronica--Danny makes dinner for Martin, Cuban style.

"No way." Danny shook his head decisively. "What you need is some good old fashioned comfort food. " He added a wicked grin that had Martin's stomach doing a quick flip. "Cuban style."

2. And May Your Yuletide Be Gay by Alethia--A great Christmas story. Martin has a secret admirer, and it's exactly what you think.

Besides, what with Danny’s newfound psychic powers he’d be picking out Martin’s real thoughts in no time and then it was all over, the jig would be up. Danny’d probably never speak to him again, but maybe that was preferable because his mouth was way too distracting and thank God no one else had seen that sorry display of mental acuity. He wouldn’t have fooled them, either.

3. Fumbling part one and part two by Alethia--Sexy classic D/M with a desperate Martin unknowingly seduced by Danny.

“Martin, if you don’t stop looking at my hands like that I’m going to start getting ideas.”

4. Call On Me by geekwriter--h/c with Danny comforting Martin but ultimately needing comfort himself.

And, oh, Danny knew that smell. Knew the sharp tang of juniper berries and pine like he knew the streets of Manhattan. Gin hadn't ever been his favorite, but he'd never been picky. As long as it was strong enough to blur his mind he hadn't complained.

5. Day One by Cori Lannam--A sweet fic that takes place right after Martin breaks it off with Samantha.

Danny grinned, teeth gleaming reminiscent of a tomcat who just had a canary flit down to alight on his paws. “Nah, not him. You. When people break up, they’re off limits to anyone they know for ninety days.”

6. A Really Rotten Day by Anne Higgins--A great post-ep for "Are You Now Or Have You Ever Been?" I love angsty Martin more than anything ever.

If Martin had sat down and deliberately designed a rotten day, he doubted he could have come up with anything to top this one. Yes, he'd had a bad feeling about the Spaulding case, but he hadn't come close to imagining the truth of it.

7. Life Underground by aesc--A post-ep for "Endgame." It became AU after "Showdown," but it's still great.

Martin really wants to ask about Danny, and volunteer to donate anything - blood, vital organs, limbs-, whatever they need to keep Danny alive. But fear ties him up and keeps him silent, and the doctor leaves.

8. Aftershocks by Caroline Crane--Danny has a close call and Martin goes a little crazy. I love life affirming sex.

"Hey, Fitz…Fitzie," he murmured, his hands on Martin's shoulders to ease the other man back far enough to make eye contact, "Martin. Let's move this to the bedroom, okay?"

9. Picket Fences by Neko--Martin has a fetish and Danny indulges him to fantastic results.

"Your fantasy, Martin. Your kink, your whatever you want to call it. Just, tell me," Danny reiterates, leaning back and taking away all that delicious warmth and Martin could cry.

10. Three-hundred and sixty-five days by Neko--The difference a year makes in Martin's life.

He knows that's not entirely true. He has friends. Well, a friend. A friend who's also a co-worker, but at least Danny calls. All the fucking time, actually, and if Martin didn't know any better, he'd swear Danny was stalking him.
