I need to figure out how to get better about this, and then do so.
LJ's trusty little calendar tells me I haven't updated here in 3.5 months. Ooops.
I've had two good and busy days in a row, and I want to extend that to 3. Today I put another coat of verathane on the pieces of wood that will eventually become my dresser-top organizer, sent off my holiday cards, paid my rent, had a long talk with Alex about what it would take to start a mushroom farm, did a small foodshopping run, sewed up the hole in the pocket of my sweatpants (an hour of threading a needle followed by five minutes using it), completely rearranged my bedroom furniture, and went to a munch. I also had two pieces of writing I wanted to get done and another coat of verathane I wanted to put on; those have been bumped to tomorrow's list.
Yesterday I swept and mopped the floors, set up the organizer pieces for verathaning and put on the first coat, left voicemail for Gabe, and did a Home Despot run to get different screws for the organizer. I also picked up a hose caddy for the front outdoor faucet, to get the hose off the walkway. Installing that goes on tomorrow's list also.
Mundania aside, most of my attention has been on Solarpunk Portland. I've got a lot I need to do there, including the two pieces of writing I didn't get done today.
