RIGHT THE FIRST TIME ♥

Rikuou -- Does nothing sappy. If anyone gives him flowers (it has happened), he pretends that was very thoughtful of them, but then goes and bitches to his friends until they feed him to shut him up. Speaking of which, eats any chocolate acquired. Tries to get Kazahaya to make out some in honor of the day, or whatever.

Tsuzuki -- is a sad puppy, because Hisoka doesn't like sweets, won't let him cook, and flowers set off everybody's Muraki trauma pings :( Is generally a big derpy romantic anyway.

Ahiru -- likes talking to other people about the love letters they could send! Is vaguely sad and sorry that she can't do the same. This year Rue is here so she'll probably ~concentrate her efforts~

Doumeki -- ... I don't remember. I think that last year he and Watanuki made it clear that no one was the woman, and that everyone got candy from Himawari. And then Watanuki made chocolate anyway. THESE ARE THE IMPORTANT THINGS :|d He only really cares about delicious deserts.

Dru -- expects delicious bloody treats from Spike. Is rarely disappointed.

Ringo -- idk, I think her lovely charming alter ego Swimsuit Mask should make Ikki some chocolates.

Hali -- well, last year she gave Hajun ~passionate flowers~ and bitched him out for not doing the same. This is America, dammit, land of equality. I expect a repeat of this but who knows? He's pretty topped, he might learn.

Bela -- usually celebrates V-Day with a good anonymous fuck, if she has the time. Won't do anything in camp.

Rakan -- haha gender role confusion rears it's ugly head again! but he'll probably wait for white day because HE'S A MAN, DAMMIT. And then give friendship candy.

Yoi-te -- . . . has no plans to be alive for Valentine's day.

WAS THAT SATISFACTORY OR DID YOU HAVE SOMETHING ELSE IN MIND?

And which of our characters do you want to play with in the near-ish future?

No, that was exactly what I wanted. >D

I want to play Tohru and Rikuou! And Tohru and Hali! And Gakuto and Ringo would be cool too.

How hard was it to drop the first character you dropped?

Gakuto and Ringo SHOULD thread, yes! ...I mean. The others too, but I'd forgotten them.

By the time that I dropped her it was easy- I felt it was completely her time, the chemistry wasn't there anymore, and I didn't play out any leaving threads because Mal and I just could not make scheduling work, so there was never really a 'bawwww' moment. At the same time, Polly was... well she's the only character I dropped feeling like I had failed at her, and I fought against that for a long time before admitting that it just wasn't going to work out.

How do you think camp has changed your roleplay skill...z. For better and/or worse? XD

I've taken forever to get to this question because I wanted to really think about it, but now I'm lazy and about to go home, so--short version. \o/!

- I've gotten better at expressing things through body language, because some of my characters just aren't/haven't been talkers or will hold things back and I want to show that.

- I'm somewhat more shy about proposing big-type plots because I don't think I could pull it off as successfully as the more experienced plotters. Same shepherding. Logically I know it's something you have to practice, but. /o\

- I used to do a lot of tiny stuff for people who'd be paying attention, because that was something we did a lot at previous games (we had pretty rabidly obsessed audience, heh. It was super fun). Among the things I did were changing Tohru's journal name every time he got medium-sized development, to reflect the changes. I know I did things with Haru as well, in that same vein, but can't remember now. Anyway, I've stopped doing them, sadly enough. :x

- I think I've gotten less adventurous with time, all in all. I'd like to shake things up more for myself, but lack of time as well as other interests prevent me from really thinking of things.

That said, I think CFUD has improved my writing skills enormously, so the balance is good. Thanks to the apping system, I'm much better at flow, analysis and synthesis (canon sections) and dealing well with crit and generally not being afraid of it. I can also pull off a more varied set of voices than I did before. This was a pretty interesting question!

I totally missed Rakan's app and know nothing of his canon. Summarize it and Rakan briefly.

It's something I think about sometimes XD

I jokingly call Silver Diamond the all-male Fushigi Yuugi, which is very unfair of me because it doesn't pander to epic endless dramaaaaaa and looooove in the same way at all. Nevertheless, there are... similarities.

Rakan is your classic goodhearted protagonist who sticks up for the weak and the helpless, believes that we're all in this together, and wants people to appreciate themselves as much as he does. He's also a 'normal' guy who just wants to cook for everyone and avoid thinking about anything extraordinary or perverted. :|a He has a harem of "NO ONE HAS EVER BEEN NICE TO ME BEFORE SO NOW I LOVE YOU" guys, who have vowed to protect him and follow him forever. He has an evil twin who is revered by the people (they have no idea that he's actually draining the world.) Thus, Rakan and his harem go traveling across the empire to try and stop him. Sometimes by growing plants.

I'm not going to lie, this series has it's issues. The worldbuilding is... not the best, and there are about a billion characters some of whom I forget a lot. But it is beautiful, and engaging, and it balances serious business and hilarity in a way that is really appealing to me!

It's also REALLY REALLY HOYAY. Like 'all my life I was waiting for you and you're the only one who makes my heart beat' level hoyay.

... too much info? Not enough?

Also that changing little things idea sounds ace, but it's like... I don't even read keywords as much anymore. It saddens me, and yet.
