Been more than a wee over a month since the last one, so let's hit it -

The best way to get CR is to put together a plot that people can jump on easily (a competition? an event? a new business? a revolution? team rocket?! ) - that way, you have more incentive to bring together characters that wouldn't necessarily click. It really doesn't have to be anything big: just wanting your character to organize a mad tea party can count too! As long as it luuuuuures others in > )
So! Put down any char-driven event or plot idea you might have that you'd like your characters to carry out, or just list your characters and what you think'd make for a nice CR foundation...... then poke as many people as possible, either to join in on their idea, or convert them to yours! Why yes, especially if you've never interacted with them before.
Let simmer for three hours, serve hot >>!
