If the willingness to commit a crime had always been in the character and the curse merely enabled it then yes they would qualify for prison. In the case of something like Opposite Day then it would not qualify, but a curse where one event could have changed a character's judgment would qualify. Hope that helps!

I was thinking about it. Although at the point in canon he's from, he has hardly done anything (yet) to deserve it, even in his view of things.
... Well, except maybe lie. By omission. I might be able to twist that to count. >_>
