We've been getting some questions about how the app week/slot week alternation will work as we get closer to Big Events, Site Rollout, and Temporary App Suspension Of Dewm.

So, to clarify and for the record:

✗This week, April 27th → May 4th, is an app week.

That aside, I have a question. It's probably a stupid one, but hey. MAY AS WELL ASK.

Miria here was just accepted in the app slot thread, but I have another app I want to get in before the apps close...should I wait until next week, or can I put the app in now?

No, it's not stupid at all--we're shuffling things up for the next week or two, it's all quite confusing... ... EVERYTHING IS UNDER CONTROL! DO NOT PANIC!

so after the 13th apps are to be posted in the slot thread? Or just not at all?

I believe the general modly consensus is that after the 13th, you'll be able to post in the slot thread--one app per player during the course of the app suspension (until June 1st, that is). We won't be stamping apps until June 1st, but one per player can be posted there.
