Mici here with...another...original character [sob]. I'm a little addicted, okay? I have problems.

Please welcome Melancholy Hope (though he goes by Lan); I hope you've been dying to meet part of the wind because he just came into the City. That said:

A: He likes to mess around.
B: He doesn't have air magic - he is the wind.
C: HE JUST WANTS EVERYONE TO LIKE HIM.

Also - if you're a mage, mutant, wizard, etc. etc. who has air magic/powers, you might feel a little...boosted by his presence. Questions can be directed to me~! He'll come in tomorrow.
