Alas, no - they can use those coins to ensure that theirs is a safe trip (obviously, they wouldn't know this means they're buying their lives :D), so they wouldn't be a....technical part of the train ride: no ticket, no specific seating, no admission record, etc. But if they get on the train, they stay on the train.

If you decide to go for offing someone, can we have the name of the character + the other info by the end of tonight, plz? ;;

I've been looking forward to this plot all month so it's nice to have some details!

And as much as I'd love to participate in the death plot, I'll be gone most of the day Sunday so I really shouldn't. However, for reference, I think April is going to be in car #9. Just stating it now so I can't change my mind later ^^

IT'S CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY MEETS MURDER ON THE ORIENT EXPRESS oh man I am so excited about this I LOVE TRAINS you have no idea.

Right, so!

primrosella haaaaates the subway system and the Underground, so naturally I am going to be a terrible person and throw her into this. No real preference for compartment number, but if any of her friends are getting in on this, I'd prefer for her to bunk in near at least one person she knows and trusts, since the whole train thing is going to have her on edge anyway without all the creep factor to go with it. Other than that, I'm all about the CR (and possibly some mystery-solving!) so she's open for that.

prefers_chess is undecided. On one hand, I would love to have him being a Mystery Solving Teen™ (or part of a group of mystery-solving kids--jinkies, gang!) for the ride, but that's still optional and subject to change. He is an aficionado of Sherlock Holmes, but he might also sit this one out, depending. Anybody want him for anything?

protects_her still needs to check in with crew, but if Cinna's biting the dust

I'm completely undecided on participation here. I mean, I have every intention of chucking one character on at least, but who is up in the air. If you would like Penny or Justin around for company/torture, feel free to influence my decision?

Hmmmm. On one hand, having Rosella latch onto Penny like a lamprey is always an exciting pastime. On the other, she and Justin are just beginning to get some CR thanks to the play, so this might be a good opportunity to continue that? I mean, especially since she's going to be pretty riled up, she'll probably be very quick to be like OH HI I KNOW YOU SURPRISE WE'RE FRIENDS NOW LET'S SIT TOGETHER and so on (moreso than she would normally, I mean), so that'd be points in Justin's favor right there.

And then, of course, there is always the possibility for hilarity if Rudy and Justin end up investigating a murder together. >>

Especially if they end up doing it REALLY WELL.
