Komui technically would make his own AI for his Komurin because they are his children and he likes playing God, but if Timothy can do it, he might be interested in learning more about this guy's methods on making the AI for future reference, and really just using him for slave manpower to help put it together faster, since Kira has technical know-how that Timothy could possibly tap into?
