City Justice System

My idea would be to have her work on something of a criminal code for the City - both substantive and procedural - that the police can base their work on, something to provide legal certainty to the citizens and such. Mods said I should feel free to have her do that after talking to the police-muns and made clear that any law Cameron could come up with wouldn't be supported by the deities and thus not necessarily binding upon citizens, buuuuut I think at least having the police force working on the basis of written laws would already make Cameron quite happy.
So, a couple questions

- Do you think this is generally a good idea or are you against it and would like to continue on as-is?
- Would anyone like to ICly help Cameron out? I'd do the work of drafting, etc. myself, but would love to have someone ICly for Cameron to bounce ideas off and discuss things with. Sam Tyler maybe?
- Would the police force be interested in hiring Cameron as a consultant or such while she works so that she can pay rent and buy food and the occassional pair of high heels?
