I'd say it would be lust, but wrath fits her more.

Wrath for Regina because she's got a strong ground of righteous anger, particularly to what's happened to her mother, her father, and her mother's heritage. This is partially brought on by Regina being raised by Myrddin (the Welsh archetype for for Merlin) and a group of Druids purposefully instilled in the traditional Celtic beliefs and culture. Regina's mother refused to marry to a Roman noble, of course, that it would give her husband control over a territory that used to be Ordovician. Of course, this resulted in Regina's conception and her mother spitefully arranging a marriage and pretty much setting Regina's future up before she could even walk.

While it was pretty much unheard of to have a Celtic mindset, if you will, and a strong anti-Roman mindset that echoed one of that 400 some years ago, Regina was brought up that way. She really does believe - and it is true - that the Romans are part of the reason why she, her mother, and her people have suffered. That they suppressed their will, livelihood, and core beliefs. So while she has strong avoidant tendencies and is at this time really hesitant to take up a roll her mother left her, she's very radical in believing that everything should revert back to the ways, to some degree, before the Romans came. That won't happen, at all, history dictates that, and Roman culture is deeply engraved in Celtic culture at this rate, so it's kind of sad.

And, of course, her mother. Her mother mistreated her, never held her, and they barely know each other. But she openly saw her own husband attack her when her mother tried to take her back under her care and turn her into a "civilized" girl and all of that. Before then, Regina did resent her mother for leaving her. She feels that she must do something for her mother, because no one ever did, that her mother was blamed for a rape when she shouldn't be. So as a result, Regina is fiercely protective of women and children; you mess with them, she'll kill you, no question.

Lastly, her father, the demon Azazel. She's never met him, she doesn't want to meet him, but she deeply hates him and she hates the blood from him that courses through her veins. She hates him for bringing her the unfortunate heritage and qualities of being a nephilim. The eating and the killing part, and generally, it left her in a lot of isolation and it still does. This anger has led her to do terrible things and let her open towards constant manipulation from other. She really does look down on angels, fallen angels, and demons because of this -- thus, her view of Rosiel isn't all that too good, haha. To her, the Grigori left her kind to be in anarchy, which led them to think that forcing humans to treat them equal was the best way to go.
