What ladylike behaviours/activities would she say she does enjoy, however little?

Would he rather walk out on people, or be walked out on?

He doesn't like people walking out on him. He has abandonment issues and it upsets him a lot when people do that to him, particularly those who he sees as being close. At the same time, it's hard for him not to have the last word... and walking out on someone makes him feel as if he's let them win. He actually kind of sucks at walking out of a situation, and especially if he feels bad about it, he tends to end up going back to the few he has walked out of.
Ideally, he likes to drive people to the point where they'll walk out on him. He still doesn't like it, but at least that way he feels more as if they're leaving on his terms and it's something he has more control over.

When she gets older, I don't think she'll mind riding horses in a more civil manner than she does now. She's never going to be a 'proper lady' like Sansa, but I think as she grows up she'll start giving things more of a chance, and maybe, reluctantly start to enjoy dressing up in pretty things every now and then. As long as no one minds her messing them up, at least. I think she may also come to like dancing a bit. A lot of her dislike for ladylike things seems to stem from her not being that good at it, and given her style of sword practice, I don't think dancing would be that difficult for her to adapt to, so she may not mind that too much.

I think what's going to be a lot harder for him is if there's a fourth wall, and... Campbell doesn't show up. At the moment he can kind of tell himself "oh, he'll be back" or "oh, we get visitor days here all the time", because that's just how the City works. He's convinced he's going to see him again, so yes, he's upset. Yes, he misses him. But mostly he's just hoping that there'll be another visitors day as soon as possible. He's a lot more impatient than he has been previously.
