I'm so sorry I haven't sent this sooner. It's really been a long time since any of you have seen me. I promise I didn't do it on purpose! It's kind of hard to explain, but I've been in this place called the City for... well, for you guys, it'd be almost two years now. It pulls people from all kinds of different worlds here. We all thought time back home would stop when you were here, but we just found out time keeps moving, so... I'm sorry.
I'm sixteen now. I'm sorry I couldn't find a way home so we could celebrate together. I wanted to! I felt really bad celebrating here without you guys, but I couldn't find a way home. How were your birthdays? I'm really sorry I missed them. I'm going to make it up to all of you when I get back! I'll definitely get gifts to make up for the birthdays I missed and we'll do really cool stuff together, okay?
There's so much to tell you! A lot's happened while I've been here and I've met so many people. You'd probably like a lot of them. They've all been wonderful here and we take care of each other. You guys would like Shizuka-san the most, I think. He's been here a lot longer than me but we look out for each other. He's really quiet and kind of serious, but he's a really good person. I think... he's been through a lot of things he shouldn't have had to. Wolfwood reminded me a lot of you, Satoru-niisama. He was kind of rude and not nice sometimes, but he tried his best to do things right. I could tell he really cared for his friends here and he always had some really good advice if I asked for anything. He-- always tried to make sure I was taken care of. He left here over a year ago. I still miss him. And Guy was a really good person too even if he was kind of strict and weird sometimes, but-- I know he was doing it because it was best for me. He and I used to train on Sunday afternoons with Shizuka. Ah! That reminds me, I've learned all kinds of new fighting styles that I can show you when I come back! If you want, I can try to teach you guys too. But Guy's gone now too and it feels really quiet without him and Wolfwood and Livio-kun and a lot of other people. I didn't mention Livio-kun! He's from the same world as Wolfwood. I never got the chance to ask, but ... I don't think they were brothers. They were childhood friends, I think. But Livio-kun was a lot different from Wolfwood; he was always really nice and looking out for me if Wolfwood was gone. Oh! I need to tell you about Luke-san! He was a really good friend of Guy's from his world, he was here with Natalia-san and Anise-san and Peony-sama. Guy and Luke-san didn't always get along, they seemed like they fought a lot. But I could tell they were good friends. But ...Luke-san and I made a promise, after I leave here, I'm going to try and find a way to their world. We promised we wouldn't give up looking for a way. I'd like to see it.

About that... I can't come back yet. I miss you, brothers, but-- I made a promise to wait for someone to come back. And he hasn't yet, so I need to keep waiting for him. But I promise I will come back. One of my best friends from our world, Ryuuzaki Umi, has been here with me for almost a year now, so we've been taking care of each other, so I haven't been completely alone. I -- ah, I'll tell you more about that when I come home. I'm going to try and bring all the pictures I've taken with me too. You guys really have to see some of the things that are here. Ah! That's right! I got to go on a roller coaster for the first time while I was here! We all woke up one day last year and an amusement park appeared! It was so much fun, the people I was staying with all went with me and we played games and rode rides. Keiichi-san kept trying to cheat at the games so he could win one of the big prizes and Rena-chan was helping him. Kid didn't say anything, but I don't think he liked that they were trying. And-and Rika-chan and I played bumper cars and went on the ferris wheel. She didn't really like many of the bigger rides, so I went on them with Rena-chan and Kid and the others.
There's still so much I want to tell all of you, but I don't know how to tell you some of it. So I'll tell you everything from the last two years when I get back to the dojo. I promise. I love you three and I miss you so much while I'm here.
Love,
Hikaru
