Yes...the more Tohru blushes the more it turns him on. Which is why he's constantly teasing her...

His actual fantasies are very simple since...even something like marriage, freedom and a family aren't something that he ever imagined he'd get. He was just getting those fantasies to be reality with his mind when he was here.

That's canon. He runs away. He just likes to be alone when he's upset. Typically he'll find the highest building and camp out on the roof.

He doesn't travel. Just wherever he is. For instance right now if he was in the city, it would be the roof of the temple.

AH...tough question. I think it depends on what replaced that scene. Zero, as we've talked about before, has issues with Ichiru. He never wanted him to die. He spent so long thinking he was dead and mourning that part of him, that seeing him alive again was both a betrayal and relief ( ... )
