* The slam last night was fairly epic, with Shappy, Cristin, and Matthew John Conley all making appearances. Shappy's "RAC poem" was ... glorious. As was Cristin's anal/down/penetration/fucking sestina. And MJC never fails to delight. Except that one time...
* After the slam, I made it home just before the hail came down in earnest. It killed the electricity, which normally wouldn't bother me, but did, since I was in the middle of a good episode of The Sopranos.
* Don't miss Friday night. Book signing at BookPeople at 7 pm. Then Krissi Reeves' show and the NERD SLAM II at 501 Studios. Then I think I heard there's a party somewhere.
But of course: Wherever I go, there's a party.
