I voted. I caucused. I wondered aloud, while waiting for both, if my chances of picking up a woman were better if I stood in the Clinton or the Obama line.

I decided I'd get more action in the Obama camp. Still, I caucused for Senator Clinton.

Why? Because she has a record of actually making the change that Obamaniacs are so fond of volleying about happen. Allow me say this loudly and for the record:

Obama will make a completely mediocre President.

Ahem. Thanks for indulging me. In other news, I still fear that Obama will win the nomination. OK, no, I don't fear it, but I will be bummed if/when that happens. We have a chance to elect a brilliant WOMAN with a history of compassion, change, and accomplishment ... and instead we pick the guy who talks pretty. Ergh.

Phil wants to compare the wins for Hillary last night to the trends in the 2004 election. He wants to compare Hillary to John Kerry, and I say: Bring it on. Kerry would've made a brilliant President. I'm still convinced of that. Senator Clinton will be great too, but she has the advantage of not being a robot.

(Here's why Hillary will bring change that Obama won't: She has relationships in Washington. Those are important ... nay, vital. Plus, she can call in favors. And she's widely liked on the Hill. Oh, and she knows how to caucus and with whom to do it. She needs no on-the-job training. Obama will spend the first month figuring out how to get from the Oval Office to the bathroom.)

"I am robot President. I will laser-beam your votes to oblivion. Robot. President. LOVES TO DANCE!!!"
