Inspired by
mauvais_pli having written her squee post in spite of being ill I've decided to finally do mine.
I got lucky to be the second person to get my Santa package this year! This cute parcel arrived at the post office in early December - very unexpected for me since it has only been few days since I shipped off my (not that pretty wrapped) present. No wonder I wasn't checking my mailbox (and wasn't really going to for at least a week). Thanks to
sephystabbity who tracked it all the way down to Moscow and gave me heads up (secretly via Kay)!
I was so excited to get it that I payed my visit to post office in the morning, on my way to work. Let me tell you, those 2 kilos were totally worth of carrying around with me all day!
Just take a look at all the stuff it held within (and sorry for the phone camera quality):
The whole box smelled marvellously of spices and that's because it contained 4 packs of themed spices set from all around the world! I'm so experimenting with those in the next months. And "Chocolate. 100 everyday recipes" book will come in handy to figure out desserts.
Socks! New Year is my chance to stock up with socks for the year and 5 pairs of Harry Potter socks along with additional two pairs are moving me very close to all-set point.
There was also a pack of retro postcards that I loved, especially the Mi Bella Napoli one (it can be seen on the very top of this composition); lip gloss (never fails when temperature is below zero and right now it's -16); two finest Japanese pens, colors blue and black; another book called Baloney with beatiful pictures (which I hadn't really taken good look at yet, tbh, but it's something for me to do when I'm back in Moscow); and a card (D. highlighted me on what universe it was from, but I keep on forgetting) with all the greetings from my first Santee (that's right, I had a chance to receive a gift from someone whom I sent a gift two years ago, isn't that surprising? Or isn't it, Kay?).
Thanks so much for the wonderful package, Sephy!
Oh, and did I mention all the chocolate candy that helped filling all the empty space in the parcel?
That would be another thing for me to get to upon returning to Moscow ;]
