what is living? as in, what is living ones life? i would think of biological living as fighting the forces that inevitably will lead to death. i think living, in general, is the same. i was thinking "i need to start living my life" but that doesn't sound right. to me, it seems like dying is the realization your body will not last forever. so the two words are the opposite of what they mean. to die is to live and to live is to die. i don't want to live fighting to live longer, i want to live knowing it could be my last day. so "dying your life" is like treating each day as if it were your last. and "live your life" is like working to prolong the inevitability's of life, which is death.

get busy dying or get busy living. you're god damn right.
