I'm glad you didn't just go for teh secks. This is written very well and the characterization is great. I think there is some 8059/5980 subtext, too, but overall it is a very good gen.

In Which I Attempt to Leave a Coherent Response. Finally.

That was so well written, and you made it all absolutely believable~. I generally don't like OCs in fandom, but you made it work so we~~ll~~!!! X3 And indeed, Yama and Goku were in such character it was like reading the manga. *sparkle* No pronz is sad, but the aforementioned canon subtext is more than enough. +__+

...So, there's a lot more I'd love to say, but my coherency is quickly running thin, and I must go fangirl and allow my family to look upon me with expressions such as 'o___0' and '-___-' and listen to them mutter, 'What the hell is she on?'

Mrow, thank you~! OCs scare the heck out of me, but she just sort of showed up in this one, way back a month or so ago when I started it and it was supposed to be a tiny little drabble-type story about Gokudera's past. And then Yamamoto wanted to be in Italy, too, and I needed to come up with a reason (Eek! Plot! DX), and then it became an actual story on me. =|

So, I'm glad I made you fangirl. It warms my cold, black heart => ♥

That was very good. The characterizations were spot-on, and the progression of visiting, flashbacks, and introductions of characters took the reader through the story at a pace that was just right.

And, you did a wonderful job on Sophia. It's been a long time since I read such a nice OC; I love the role she plays for Gokudera, because that poor boy needs a loving person in his life.

Thanks! I'm so glad the pace and the OC worked out--definitely two of my weaker areas! I always feel the need to give Gokudera some comfort in fic--he's had such a rough time! I'm so happy you liked this. <3

Veyr very very good. Usually random new characters don't create as much interest as the ones in this story did. Just very well written - a very very nice gen fic. And I usually just read the prawns, but this isn't one I would mind reading again! : )

Haha, she WAS a random OC wasn't she? XD I didn't at all intend to write her, except for a line or two of reference back when this story was supposed to be a tiny drabble-type thing.
