ISO tried and true recipes to use up the CSA bounty!

We're eating a lot of yellow squash casserole and cauliflower with cheese sauce, giving away the beets, and going through green beans and potatoes like mad. (Every dinner this week has been veggie - with a lot of dairy, sure, but no meat! yay!) But the tomatoes are starting to come in in full force and (after recovering from the very long weekend putting up the strawberries) I'm ready to do some more canning/freezing. Anybody have really amazing recipes for marinara-type sauces that originate with fresh tomatoes that they want to share? And thanks!
