Great weekend. Fourth of July I went to the art museum with Cyn and a few others after the fams met. Sheryl Crow blew, (not that she was ever good to begin with), but really, she is a "dying songbird." I managed to make it over to Kyle's, getting fucking trashed on vodka & wine. As always, interesting conversations were about. The weather was so perfect for sitting on the roof too. :) I died right when my favorite Radiohead came on - The National Anthem- but the next morning I woke up on the floor, tucked in. My friends are quite sweet.
Yesterday I got sunburnt, but it's already turning into a lovely tan. Cyn, Katie, and a bunch of others cruised the Delaware River for miles in canoes/kayaks. I saw Katie's home and it was absolutely the most gorgeous, interesting, and intricate house I've ever been in. I am definitely going back. Those Buck's County folks have such nice homes/land.
I'm hoping to get this sales position at Verizon. It's intense, but totally worth it - I'll have a 401k and $4,000 to my tuition, (YES). Just gonna stay positive...things seem to be falling into place nicely.
