Which brings me to my Vampire theory. I think I've found the root of all those vampire myths - pregnancy and babies! Let's examine the evidence:
1. Vampires have an aversion to garlic. We already know about that one.
2. Vampires are normal people taken over by another being. Are you pregnant? Doesn't it feel like a parasitical force inside you? Is this really the same body you've spent your life inhabiting? Come on, do you even smell the same?
3. Vampires are the living dead. So are new mothers.
4. Vampires aren't visible in mirrors. If your unborn baby is the vampire essence, it's not visible, is it? And when you look in the mirror, do you recognize yourself?
5. Vampires suck your blood. Fetuses suck your energy. Babies suck your milk, and -on a particularly hard day - your whole life essence.
