An awesome day... There's something new!
So first of all, the rain meant no shows, which means getting paid for sitting around reading. Ultimate cool.
Second of all, some wild and crazy things happened -- a mouse in the guys' dressing room, some slippery stage incidents, and insane wind.
Third of all, a visit to the boyfriend's house is always great.
Fourth, I just got a message from an LVPA alumni -- she wants me to ASM a show with the GulottaDong Productions Theatre Company! I did crew for one of their shows in my freshman year (their senior year), and I loved it, so I'm really looking forward to it. I'm also very pleased that they remember me to ask it of me. So... Just this evening, I said, "Oh, when Brundibar is over, I won't have another show until middle of January! Well... This show RUNS January 9 - January 11! I need the details, but I'm really hoping I am allowed to do it. After December 12 (hopefully), I won't even need a driver or anything. Oh, I love theatre.
