So R and Taylor are officially dating. Which is really odd for the rest of us. Not that they shouldn't be dating, it's just weird to get used to. It's the buzz of the theatre department now -- everyone is saying "ahmagahwd, I can't believe they're going out, are you for real?" Kind of boring to hear, after a while. And since I knew a few days before the rest of the world (that being the school).
Today we filmed outside scenes. I was cameraman walking backwards, and we (the people involved in shoot the scene) were almost run over by an incoming car. Taylor decided to keep his shirt on for the scene from Lost (to the relief of many), though probably only because Wags told him it was to cold to go topless. Also occurring was the agreement between almost all people that Chris could totally crush Taylor in a fight. (Taylor thinks this is false, needless to say.)
Production meeting for The Skriker next week after school. We've got to get cracking, now!
I've still got a lot of work to do and books I want to read but haven't time for. There are 16 and a half school days until holiday, so huzzah for that, and I'm getting a little excited for Christmas. I've wrapped all the gifts I have already purchased. They look wonderful. And festive! *is a dork*
Package from Blarney Woolen Mills is STILL not here. I am getting way miffed. And also not here is my Jingle Spells, which...I dunno when that's supposed to come, but I would really like to have it. Also waiting for DarfurFast stickers/things to come. Could use a teletransporter to get everything, but haven't time to make one. Instead, I am wasting time on LJ and making winter icons. Which I will upload after this post. What I should be doing is:
- Maths homework
- French homework (which reminds me, Mia's mother got Twilight in French over the break and copied chapter one for French students -- like me!!)
- Finishing the last three pages of All My Sons
- Planning my term paper (which I have decided to do on Storytelling as a Theatrical Art)
- Planning my discussion thoughts for Lee's class
- Writing up thoughts to present on Darfur (got 'em in my head, but notes are helpful...)
- Writing an ITR
- Writing a theatre critique
I think I'll write the ITR on Macbeth right now, and then do a critique on it. Ug, too much work. Will do it tomorrow... (Yeah, right. This sounds like procrastination to me.) ITRs are getting boring to write, because relating it to class is all the same now -- American Dream, Feminism, Psycoanalysis... All the same... BORING.
