I'm ALIIIIIIIIIVE!
Oh, WOW. So my lat post was two weeks or so ago... Um. In a nutshell:
MASSACHUSETTS!! I learned how to be Jewish during Passover and visited Hampshire College and Bard College. Hampshire is made of much win, Bard sucks and is getting no application from moi. So there.
INTO THE WOODS is driving me crazy. Basically, no one tells anyone anything, and we're all supposed to figure it out ourselves. By this, I mean that the director doesn't communicate. Rawr. One week, and it's over. This show is also the reason I have not posted. As I commented to Joshua, my lack of blogging makes it seem like I have nothing happening in life, when the opposite is true. I spent 12 to 14 hours a day at school, doing a variety of things on any given day, such as: attending classes, acting, building sound effects, wiring two-fors, gaff taping the hell out of ANYTHING IN SIGHT, triggering level 4 explosives with car batteries, wiring and re-wiring lighting instruments, changing lamps, cutting gels, hanging and focusing, dis-assembling scaffolding with the gents, soaring to new heights in the Genie, holding a cyc above my head for an hour and a half while standing twenty feet in the air, and much more! Sometimes, I eat and sleep.
Tomorrow, I have a twelve hour tech day. Hurrah! I do love the tech theatre. It's the actual production I have come to find disheartening. One week left, tomorrow.
