Did anyone else see this cartoon?

I saw a great cartoon in our local paper this past week in which a scoutmaster figure is trying to scare kids around a campfire with stories about how Al Qaeda will come get them if the U.S. cuts and runs. The kids don't buy it as scary at all.

Damn if this issue of the paper got tossed before I had a chance to save the political cartoon. Did anybody else see this, and can you give me the name of the cartoonist and the date it appeared?
