i thought you might be referring to the "orange party" or the prison system where orange monkey suits are often required so they can make better targets in both cases..

My first thought was of Trump and his weird tan. His skin and often his hair looks orange to me. I'm not certain if he uses a sun lamp or that awful O.T. fake tan stuff.
