ETA: Got most of them filled in now, thanks! A couple of people pointed out that 15 looked like Scott Walker, and after looking at a few pics, I agree. I am not going to kick myself too hard for the blooper, though. Turns out those two yokels look disturbingly alike, at least at first glance (though not so much when you get to comparing details):
